After opening, cashews must be stored in a airtight sealed container. Exposure to air will adversely affect the crispiness & freshness of the cashews.

Shelf Life
You can easily store the cashew in refrigerator for atleast 9-12 months. However under warm and humid conditions, their shelf life becomes relatively very less.
